Common topics

  • Subscriptions (Zoro Pro): Purchases are handled by Apple. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or from Settings → Usage in the app.
  • Import credits: One-time purchases that add import capacity on the free plan. Restore purchases from Settings → Usage.
  • Cloud AI: Optional. Zoro asks for permission before sending import data to Google's cloud AI. You can turn it off anytime in Settings → Usage.
  • Your data: Your ledger stays on your device by default. See our Privacy Policy for details.
